Willougby Square is a Downtown Brooklyn Park site that is an all-new underground site, complete with DOT electric, water service to irrigation, and drinking water fountains, as well a decorative play fountain and site drainage. Surface work consisted of CIP Concrete Walls, Finished Granite Curbs and Seat Walls, Hexagon Pavers, Landscaping, Irrigation, Decorative Fencing, Play Area, and a Dog Park all within a little over a Brooklyn Acre.
